Breakfast     Milk – Nonfat (fat free or skim), 1 cup Kellogs – All Bran Cereal, 1 cup Great Value – Blue Berries-Frozen, 0.5 Cup

Lunch     Mustard – Yellow, 1 tsp Wonder – Whole Grain Wheat Bread, 2 slices Oscar Mayer – Chicken Breast Oven Roasted Deli Fresh Meats, 3 slices    Claussen – Sauerkraut – Premium Crisp, 4 oz Western Family – Baby Dill Pickles With Garlic, 1 g (2 pickles)

Dinner     Panago – Veggie Mediterranean, 3/8 pizza Tim Horton’s – Chocolate Dip Doughnut, 1 doughnut

Snacks     Yogurt – Plain, low fat (1% fat), 1 cup    Fresh – Blue Berries, 1/2 cup ,   Silk – Light Silk Soy Milk, 1 cup Dole – Medium Bananna, 1 medium 21g 4g   Fresh – Blue Berries

1/2 cup Tomatoes – Red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, Cortas – Hummos, 4 tbps    Mushrooms – Raw, 1 medium, Mann’s Sunny Shores – Stringless Sugar Snap Peas, 1 cup

Recovery Drink    Nestle Nesquik – Chocolate Syrup, 1 tbsp Milk – Nonfat (fat free or skim), 1 cup
