Pace – Chunky Salsa, 6 Tbsp
Lettuce – Cos or romaine, raw, 0.5 cup shredded
Casa Mendosa – Whole Wheat Tortillas, 2
Tomatoes – Red, ripe, raw, year round average, 0.25 cup
Rice – White, long-grain, regular, cooked, 0.5 cup

Dinner

Peppers – Sweet, red, 1 cup,
Rice – White, short-grain, cooked, 0.75 cup
Oceanprime – Basa Fish Filet, 4 oz

Snacks
Silk – Light Silk Soy Milk, 1 cup
Interactice – Whey Protein, 1 scoop
Great Value – Blue Berries-Frozen, 0.5 Cup
No Name (Superstore) – Frozen Strawberries, 1/2 cup (140g)
