About me
I am 41 year old male from Edmonton Alberta, Canada.
My wife (Shellie) and I have been doing Beach Body workouts since 2009 with great success! We have four great kids - 2 sons(ages 12 and 6) and twin girls (age 8). So as you can imagine a very busy schedule. The Beach Body workouts work well within our free time. They are well made and produce results! I have completed P90X twice, Insanity once and Les Mills Pump, plus a number of 1 on 1 workouts with Tony Horton!
Currently I own a successful hockey training company called Core Hockey Training. I am also an assistant coach with Junior A hockey team in Camrose Alberta. I work with high level athletes from the ages of 6 to 20.
Being around high caliber athletes one must be aware of your physical well being. Although I am not over weight, I was not in the shape I was required to be in, when asking the athlete to give more! You must be a product of the product. I am very competitive and love a challenge! I was introduced to Beach Body by a friend who was doing P90X. I dislike gyms, so this seems like a great alternative. I fell in love with Beach Body, so much so, that I am a component of shakeology (best meal of the day) and become a Beach Body Coach in October of 2012 (Emerald Level).
