Well the week for the Under 16 challenge just ended. I averaged about 4 hours sleep a night for one week. I am bagged. I am at work right now and I could fall a sleep sitting in this chair!
The camps was very talented and we coaches have some very tough choices to make. We will represent Alberta with pride.
I will start My work outs again tonight. It might not be the best as my energy level is low! Eating over the week was just okay. I have pizza three times during the week, salad every meal, cut out all the bacon and ham. Tried to eat as clean as possable. I did drink a ton of water and only had one pop. So overall my diet wasnt completely aweful.
I will work out for one week then off for vacation for 7 days. My wife and I will be planning our meal plans for the week. I am not sure how we will exercise, but we will figure something out! Talk soon!
